My Services
Birth Services
Labor doula support begins far before the arrival of your baby. Together we will sit down with your partner and have two prenatal visits. As well as, continued virtual support as needed to ensure you feel confident and empowered to give birth. Likewise, similar support will continue through your labor and birth as I am by your side. After you have given birth I will come for one postpartum visit to discuss any questions you may have and take some time chatting about how you are feeling after bringing your infant home to your family.
Postpartum + Infant Services
Daytime Support
In home support for a minimum of 4 hours, encouraging a smooth transition into the 4th trimester. Providing emotional, breastfeeding, and infant sleep support. Alongside, light housekeeping and food preparation for you and your family.
Overnight Support
In home support for a minimum of 8 hours, with an emphasis on rest and comfort. This includes infant sleep support, following or establishing a bedtime routine, including bath time and diaper changing. As well as, support during late-night feeds, whether your infant is bottle-fed or you need advice while breastfeeding. I’m here to ensure everyone is cared for and supported.
